The Nets could be getting back a key piece of their team, and just in time for the Celtics.
Versatile forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson returned to practice Sunday after missing the past six games with a right adductor strain and was listed as questionable for Monday night.
“That’s good, we miss him at the four position,” Nets coach Kenny Atkinson said.
Atkinson said Hollis-Jefferson took part in 70 percent of practice, but wouldn’t commit to him facing the Celtics.
“Let’s see how he reacts and all that,” he said.
If Hollis-Jefferson can’t go, Atkinson will go with DeMarre Carroll and Treveon Graham at power forward.
